- Will the furniture come ready, or does it need to be installed?
- A few of our products come fully assembled while others are semi-assembled or unassembled (For assembly details on a particular product, please refer to the product specifications mentioned on specific product pages). In case of semi-assembled or unassembled furniture, the assembly is DIY and the box contains all tools required for installation. The steps for installation are very easy and anyone can install them.
- Can I get assembly service if I pay?

- What is the warranty provided on the products against?
- For all our products, warranty is provided against any manufacturing defects, except Fabric/Leatherite/Glass. (For information on warranty period, please refer to the specific product pages on the website)
- Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear of any components during regular usage, especially the wooden finish on the legs
- Damages resulting from accidents / negligence / willful and deliberate misuse
- Natural and color variations, occurring in fabric, mesh, wood, laminates or any other material which are inherent properties
- Any modifications and / or attachments to the standard product done at user end
- Unusual environmental influences
- I didn’t get any warranty card, how does warranty work? If any repairs need to be made within the warranty time, how do I call someone to repair?

What is the estimated delivery time?
- It typically takes us 2-10 business days from the date of purchase to deliver the product. For a few products like Power Chair, Stellar Chair, Inspire Chair and Tycoon desk, we might take 2-3 weeks for the delivery.
- While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the above delivery time, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us, do give us a call on 1860 258 6633 or email us email@example.com.
- What if I have received a damaged product?
- We have highly specialized quality control team to ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. - Our team will assess the damage and revert with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
- Do you sell second-hand products?
- No, even the products under Sale/Hot deals are factory sealed and packed.
